Please keep in mind I've only seen season one, and parts of season two. Dx So I'm not the smartest about this, but I still love the series.
You all, everybody.
You all, everybody.
Acting like you're stupid people,
wearing your 'spensive clothes.
You all, everybody.
You all, everybody.
You all, everybody.

Bio: At a young age he received a piano for Christmas, since then he continued to develop his talent at writing and playing music, much to his father's discontent. But his mother could see he had a special talent in music. Charlie honed his talents over the years, practicing and singing in the streets for money.
He started out as a strong catholic boy, and Driveshaft, a band he was a member of, was all about the music. But that shattered when he discovered his new addiction to heroin, thanks to his brother, Liam. He became addicted to drugs when his brother refused to stop the band at his request, ignoring the agreement they had made at his Catholic church. However, when Liam got married and had a daughter, he sold the piano and flew to Sydney to participate in a rehab program. And so it happened that Charlie was in Sydney visiting his brother, attempting to re-unite his band, Driveshaft, so he could get his contract signed and go on tour. He stashed his heroin in the bathroom when they crashed, and retrieved it later. He became close friends with Claire, and was there at Aaron's birth. Charlie later quit the drugs, with Locke's assistance. When Sayid and Charlie found the airplane that Locke had found with Boone, Charlie discovered the heroin stashed in the Virgin Mary statues, and took some to hide in the jungle. Claire later 'broke up' with Charlie upon discovering his renewed drug habit. Later, Locke took the statues back, and hid them in the gun vault. But that didn't stop Charlie from partnering up with Sawyer to take back the statues, and steal some guns from the vault.
Roleplay example: Grey-blue eyes flickered open, blinking against the harsh light of the island. The man ran his hand through his messy dirty blond hair, and he pushed himself up into a sitting position. He sighed.
"Bloody island." He muttered. He spoke with an Australian accent. He got up. "I suppose the Others will be here soon to devour us all."
He chuckled weakly. He went over to his bag and took out a small statue of the Virgin Mary. He stroked the statue gently, and then returned it to his bag.
"No." He said. He retrieved the statue again. "Wait."
He put the statue back.
"No!" He said more firmly. He took the statue again. "Aw, bloody hell!"
He hurled the statue across the cave floor, and it shattered. Small bags of less than legal substances laid among the fragments of the statue. He sighed, and lowered himself to a sitting position.
"No, I've got to show Claire I can do this." He murmured. He picked up one of the bags of heroin, then threw it across the cave. He turned away, and crossed his arms, determined to succeed. He retrieved his guitar from next to his back and began playing it, staring blankly at the bags of the precious heroin in front of him. He blinked, and retrieved another bag. His trembling hands longed to open it, but instead he threw it across the room.
"Bloody drugs." He muttered, covering his face with the hood of his sweatshirt, and looking out the mouth of the cave.
My Personal Observations: The couplings in Lost have followed something in common. Charlie and Claire, Sayid and Shannon. The first letters of each couple's name are the same. Coincidence? Maybe. As pointed out by Wikipedia's Lostpedia, Charlie's episode count so far is 57. He was killed on his 57th episode appearance.
57 = 42+15
Another coincidence? You decide. Me? I think it's fate.
